How can I raise a complaint?

Travel Republic strives to deliver the highest standards of customer service and treats all issues raised by customers very seriously.

If you do wish to submit a formal complaint, please contact our Customer Relations Department on 01 526 8652. The team are available Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.

Once you have submitted the details of your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement by email, and your complaint will be fully investigated by a member of our team. Please note that under current ABTA guidelines, we have 14 days to acknowledge your complaint, and 28 days to investigate the issues raised and provide a response.
