Can I extend my balance due date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your balance due date. 

If you have made a package holiday using our deposit option, a second payment is due 28 days after your deposit which means your flight will be fully paid (we'll send your airline reference number as soon as the second payment has been made).  The remaining balance will be due 28 days prior to departure.

If you have made a package holiday using our monthly installment plan, you will have received an e-mail outlining your payment plan.

If you have made a flexible hotel only booking, the final balance will be due 28 days prior to departure.
