We know it’s not great having to cancel your booking which is why we’ve created this handy guide so you can easily understand your options.

To cancel your booking, you have two ways to do this:

If you have a flexible accommodation only booking, you will find it quicker, easier and cheaper to cancel by logging into your account on the website. We will not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel online and within your free cancellation period! Want to log into your account? Click here >>

  2. Raise a Customer Support Request by logging in to your account

Give us a call and we’ll amend your package holiday for just £25 per adult (over 18). Plus any change levied by the travel provider

 

(Please know we can only amend if allowed to by the supplier, we’ll do our best to help we promise!)

 

If you have to cancel:

 

Flights are non refundable

 

Flexible accommodation – we can cancel free of charge

 

Transfers, car parking and car hire – we can cancel free of charge

 

Full loss of all money paid and no option to amend.

 

 

Flexible Accommodation only booking

We won’t charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel by logging into your online account (there is a £15 fee if you call us to cancel)

All bookings are subject to the Ts and Cs provided at the time of booking. We’ll aim to get back to you in 5 days or less of receiving your request.
