If you wish to amend your attraction ticket booking once your booking has been confirmed, we will inform your attraction ticket provider of your request and will advise you if it’s possible to action the changes.
Please note that it may not always be possible to make the changes.
You will be asked to pay any costs incurred from the provider. You should be aware that these costs could increase closer to the departure date and you should contact us as soon as possible to make the changes.
To request the changes, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your attraction ticket booking reference. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR), advising us of the changes you require. We will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
