We know it’s not great having to cancel your booking which is why we’ve created this handy guide so you can easily understand your options.

If you have any questions or would like to have a chat with one of our lovely team, you can either:

  1. Call us 01 536 0820 and press option 1  or
  2. Raise a Customer Support Request by logging in to the Manage Your Booking section of the website

Type of booking

Package holiday

Give us a call and we’ll amend your package holiday without charging a TR amendment fee however, we will need to pass on any additional costs.

(Please know we can only amend if allowed to by the supplier, we’ll do our best to help we promise!)

If you have to cancel:

  • Flights are non refundable
  • Flexible accommodation – we can cancel free of charge
  • Transfers, car parking and car hire – we can cancel free of charge

 

Full loss of all money paid and no option to amend.

 

 

Flexible Accommodation only booking

We won’t charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel by raising a Customer Service Request by logging into Manage Your Booking.

Plus you’ll get a refund of all money you  paid within 3-5 working days of the request being completed.

If you call us to cancel, you’ll be charged €15. Any remaining money will be refunded back to you within 3-5 working days of the request being completed.

All bookings are subject to the Ts and Cs provided at the time of booking. We’ll aim to get back to you in 5 days or less of receiving your request.
