To amend your booking, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app. Once you have logged into your booking, you'll be able to click on the 'amend' tab. From here, you'll be able to change various parts of your hotel booking, including your room or what hotel you're staying in.
If the above isn't possible - for instance, if you have a non-refundable booking or you're travelling within 4 days of departure - please contact Customer Support on 01 536 0820 (option 2).
