How to check-in online with SunExpress
From 26th March 2023, SunExpress will charge a fee to check-in at the airport.
To avoid this charge, here’s our handy guide to free online check-in (if you have booked assistance at the airport, you can still check-in free of charge)
Good to know:
Online check-in is available to all between 36 days before departure until 3.5hours before departure
SunExpress will be provide your boarding passes which MUST be taken to the airport
It is your responsibility to check-in online, we are not able to do this for you
Airport check-in opens just 2.5hrs before departure, and will be charged for, unless you have booked assistance
SunExpress online offerings:
Once you’ve logged into your SunExpress booking online, you’ll be able to:
Check-in online
Pre-book your seats (extra charge)
Add additional luggage (extra charge)
Print boarding passes
Please note:
You’ll only be able to check-in online and make use of other paid for extras once you have received your flight reference number from us. This is received once your second payment has been made, and can be found on the updated flight paperwork we send you
(If you have paid in full at time of booking, you’ll already have it)
To find your flight reference number:
Once your second payment has been made (or if you paid in full at time of booking):
Find the documents we have sent, with the reference number which starts with EUF/
On the email, find the section towards the top called Your airline reference number
You’ll find the airlines reference number next to the title Airline reference number

On the page which loads, you’ll see the following box:
Please make sure you have selected SunExpress bookings
Input the last name of the Lead Passenger
Enter the Airline reference number from your paperwork in the booking number field
Press Retrieve booking
You’re all good to check-in free of charge online, and start the holiday countdown
