Once we have received a notification from your airline about a change to your flight, we'll be in touch.

We'll normally send you a Customer Request which you can view via your online account. You'll get an e-mail to alert you if we have sent such a request.

We'll call you if the airline make us aware of a change to your flight at short notice.
