HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

Do I have to pay in full?

You can either pay a deposit or make the full payment at the time of your booking.

If you choose to only pay a deposit then you will be liable to pay the remaining full balance by the due date notified to you. If the full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the travel provider and you will then be liable for any cancellation fees as set out in this agreement.

Occasionally, accommodation bookings and holiday flight bookings can be secured with a super low deposit; the amount of the deposit will be stated to you at the time of your booking. Depending upon the arrangements you choose, a second deposit may be payable. The due date for this second deposit will be clearly stated to you at the time of booking and will be automatically taken from the payment card used to make the first deposit.

If you cancel your booking before payment of the second deposit, the remaining balance of the deposit will still be due to us and will become payable immediately.

Accommodation
A €1 deposit scheme is available for accommodation bookings made 15 days or more prior to departure. Rooms where this option is available will be indicated when you check availability. The remaining balance on these rooms is due 14 days prior to departure. Some providers will require full payment at the time of booking and the €1 deposit is not available on these non-refundable rooms, due to their exceptional value. The €1 deposit itself is non-refundable and therefore would not be reimbursed should you decide to cancel your booking. Please note that our standard cancellation terms apply for all accommodation bookings.

Flights

For charter flights you will be asked to pay their standard deposit amount, which ranges from £49.00 to the full amount, and will be displayed when you check flight availability. Where applicable, the remaining balance on these flights is due 28 days after booking. Bookings for no-frills and scheduled flights need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Occasionally, holiday flight bookings can be secured by payment of a super low deposit. The amount of the deposit will be stated to you at the time of booking. Depending upon the arrangements you choose, a second deposit may be payable. The due date for this second deposit will be clearly stated to you at the time of booking and will be automatically taken from the payment card used to make the first deposit. If you cancel your booking before payment of the second deposit the remaining balance of the deposit will still be due to us and will become payable immediately.

Note: For car hire, car parking, insurance and attraction tickets, these must be paid in full at the time of making your booking.
