If you wish to pre-book a child seat with your car rental, this option will be available when you make your booking. The fee is usually payable locally, however we will confirm this for you beforehand.
If your booking has already been confirmed, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your car hire booking reference. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR), advising us of the changes you require. We will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
