The option to pre-book a roof rack for your car rental will be available in the 'optional extras' section when you make your booking. The fee is payable locally upon arrival.
If you've already made your booking and forgotten to add a roof rack, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your car hire booking reference number. You'll then be able to raise a Customer Support Request to request a roof rack. We'll then action your request within 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
