If your booking reference begins with ‘SCH’, this means that your flight is booked with a scheduled airline. To confirm the hold baggage allowance of a scheduled airline, you can log onto ‘My Trip And More’ or ‘Check My Trip’ which is shown on your flight booking confirmation.
If you are not booked on a scheduled flight and your baggage allowance is not mentioned within the table above, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your booking reference number. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request. We will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
