If you are not due to travel in the next 14 days, we ask you not to call, allowing us to assist customers due to travel in the next couple of weeks. We will work on a 14 day rolling basis.

To make a new booking:

In January we're staying open longer, giving you even more time to help you find the holiday you deserve

Weekends:  9am - 6pm

If you already have a booking:

To send us a question or query, please log into your booking by visiting the Manage My Booking section of our website.

Once you’re logged into your booking you can send us a Customer Service Request (our version of an e-mail), where we aim to get back to you within 2 days. Whilst you’re logged into your booking you’ll also be able to:

  • Make online payments
  • View all your booking details
  • Resend any booking receipts or vouchers you may need
  • Add seats, meals or hold luggage for many airlines we use

If you have a general question, our Help Centre is a great place to find answers to many of the questions we get asked on a regular basis.
