Any special requests that you make at the time of booking will be passed onto your hotel; however, we cannot guarantee that these will be fulfilled. Your hotel will of course do their best to accommodate all requests but this is subject to availability and the hotel's discretion.
If you'd like to make a special request after your booking has been completed, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your accommodation booking reference number. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request. We will then pass this to the hotel provider within the next 5 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
