Covid-19 Refund Schedule

Since the Covid-19 outbreak began in March, we have issued tens of thousands of refunds to customers who have had their holiday affected.

 

We have created a Refund Schedule so that you know when you can expect your refund. This Refund Schedule only applies to the following types of bookings:

- Package Holiday Bookings

- Attraction Bookings

- Flexible Hotel-Only Bookings

- Transfer/ Airport Parking Booking

 

Please note that this Refund Schedule does not apply to the following types of bookings:

 *As these are non-refundable and your payment has already been made to the airline/supplier, refunds are subject to the contract you hold with the airline/provider.

- Non-refundable Hotel- Only Bookings

- Flight-Only Bookings

 

If you have requested a ‘Chargeback’ from your bank to claim the money back, we will unfortunately have to remove you from our Refund Schedule until your ‘Chargeback’ case is completed.
