We continue to closely monitoring the ever-evolving situation Covid-19 has created. Whilst there is much discussion in the news around when travel will be able to take place again, we are unable to blanket cancel all bookings until we have more information on FCO guidance and airline schedules for future departure dates.

 

In the month prior to your travel date, if it looks likely that your holiday can’t take place, we will pause all balances due for your peace of mind.

 

This is understandably unsettling however we will review the situation and be in contact with customers on a rolling 14 day basis so if you are due to travel 1 – 15 July you can expect to hear from us by Friday 12th June on the future of your booking.

 

If you would like to amend your booking with no amendment fees, simply sign-in to the website and raise a Customer Service Request under the ‘I want to amend my booking’ category. We aim to provide a personal and speedy service however with the huge volume of enquiries we are receiving, we ask for you to be patient as our response will take longer than normal.
